The mixer will not perform until the safety guard is completely closed. This planetary mixer comes with a high polish 60 quart stainless steel bowl, aluminum dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum beater, and a bowl truck. Covered by a 1 year limited warranty. When using the machine, do not overload the bowl beyond the rated capacities in the manual or change gears while operating.
